  • Do you buy cars that aren't running?
    Yes. Mention it in the form and we'll factor it into the offer. Non-running cars typically take an extra day or two for pickup since we need to dispatch a flatbed, but the pickup is still free.
  • What if there's still a loan or lien on the car?
    Not a problem. We pay the lender directly for the loan balance and pay you the difference. Bring your most recent statement and we'll handle the rest. The car has to be in your name, though — we can't buy a car you're co-signing for someone else.
  • How fast do I actually get paid?
    Most sellers get paid the same day we pick up the car. Payment is by e-transfer or certified cheque, your choice. For cars with active loans, payment to you happens once the lien is cleared — usually 1–3 business days after pickup.
  • How accurate is the offer?
    It's a real number, not a placeholder. The only times we adjust after pickup are when the car arrives in materially different condition than described — undisclosed major accident damage, a salvage title that wasn't mentioned, a missing transmission. Honest descriptions get honest offers.
  • Do you only buy certain makes or models?
    We buy almost any car, truck, van, or SUV — running or not, with paperwork or without (we can help track down lost ownership documents). The exception is exotic or collector vehicles over $80k, which are a different market we don't specialize in.
  • Where in Canada do you operate?
    All ten provinces. Pickup is free anywhere a flatbed can drive. We're not currently buying in the territories — get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
  • Do I need to be there for pickup?
    Yes. We need to verify ID, sign the bill of sale, and hand over the keys with you present. The whole pickup usually takes 15–20 minutes once we arrive. If you can't be there, a notarised power of attorney works.
  • What about my plates and registration?
    Keep your plates — they belong to you, not the car, in every Canadian province. We handle the registration transfer paperwork at pickup so it's off the road in your name the same day.
