Terms of Service
Plain-English summary: Submitting the form gets you a non-binding cash offer. The final offer depends on the car matching what you described. If you accept, we pick up the car and pay you. If you don’t, no obligation.
1. The service
webuycarsfast.shop (“the service”) is a vehicle-buying service operated in Canada. Users submit details about a vehicle they wish to sell; we respond with a cash offer; if accepted, we pick the vehicle up and pay the agreed amount.
2. Submitting a quote
By submitting the quote form, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding sale of the vehicle
- You are the registered owner of the vehicle, or are authorised by the owner to sell it
- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You consent to be contacted at the phone number you provide, regarding your offer
3. Offers are preliminary until inspection
Any cash amount we communicate before physically inspecting the vehicle is an indicative offer based on the information you supplied. The final, binding offer is communicated at pickup, after we have inspected the vehicle in person and verified its condition, ownership, and any liens.
We may revise the offer downward if the vehicle’s actual condition materially differs from your description — for example, undisclosed accident damage, a salvage title, mechanical issues not mentioned in the form, missing keys, or odometer discrepancies. We will explain any revision before pickup proceeds, at which point you may decline the sale at no cost.
4. Pickup and payment
Pickup is free anywhere in Canada that a flatbed or driver can legally access. At pickup we will:
- Verify your identity and ownership documents
- Sign a bill of sale
- Pay the agreed amount by e-transfer or certified cheque, or pay your lien-holder directly and pay you the balance
- Take possession of the vehicle and the keys
You are responsible for cancelling your insurance and surrendering your plates after pickup, as required in your province.
5. Vehicles we don’t buy
We reserve the right to decline any vehicle, including but not limited to vehicles with: outstanding warrants or stolen-property flags, unresolvable liens, missing or non-genuine ownership documents, unsafe-to-transport conditions we were not informed of, or values that fall outside our normal buying range.
6. No warranty by us
We do not provide warranties on vehicles we sell to third parties after acquisition. Vehicles purchased through this service are resold “as-is” through wholesale and dealer channels.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the cash amount paid for the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or rental costs.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province.
9. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. The version in force at the time you submit your quote is the one that governs that transaction.
