We do not collect a precise location, browser fingerprint, behavioural ad data, or anything via third-party trackers. The site does not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
3. Why we collect it
We use your submission solely to provide a cash offer for your vehicle, contact you about that offer, and arrange pickup and payment if you accept. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to buying your car.
4. Who we share it with
Form submissions are routed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-handling service that delivers your submission to our business email. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf under their published privacy terms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process, or if necessary to complete the vehicle transaction (e.g. sharing a VIN with a lien-holder or registry office to discharge a lien).
5. How long we keep it
We retain quote submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and complete the transaction, plus up to 24 months for accounting, warranty, and regulatory compliance. After that, submissions are deleted from our active inbox. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).
6. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms over TLS, then forwarded to our email account, which uses the security and encryption measures of the underlying mail provider. We do not run our own database or store form submissions on the website itself.
7. Your rights under PIPEDA
Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, plus provincial equivalents in BC, Alberta, and Quebec) gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request a correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for our use of your information at any time

8. Children
The service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly accept submissions from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days before taking effect.
